CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT, CNA AM/PM SHIFT POSITION

Join our team at FullShift Staffing, LLC as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for AM/PM shifts.

Position Overview

Provide routine nursing care under the supervision of the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses, or Administrator to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA license
• At least 6 months of CNA experience or clinical training
• Sincere desire to serve the ill, aged, and infirm
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Tactful communication skills with staff, residents, and visitors
• Ability to work harmoniously with others
• Patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm
• Good health and emotional stability
• Ability to work with diverse resident needs and behaviors

Responsibilities

• Perform duties as assigned following facility policies and safety regulations
• Conduct resident rounds at shift start and every two hours
• Verify resident identification before providing care or meals
• Report missing ID bands immediately
• Make beds, clean bedside and overbed tables
• Ensure water pitchers are clean, filled, and accessible
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisors
