**The role you’ll contribute:**

Plans, organizes, and coordinates the activities of volunteers, such as patient escort, social support, and other non-clinical support services. Identifies volunteer needs, recruits and trains volunteers, and matches volunteer skills to patient or departmental needs. Provides oversight, supervision, and recognition for the volunteers, and gives them feedback on their performance.

+ Demonstrates the ability to care for all age groups and has the knowledge of care need differences.

+ Responds appropriately in emergency situations.

+ Reviews patient data and prioritizes daily care needs.

+ Performs hourly rounds on patients to optimize patient satisfaction.

+ Reports any change in patient condition promptly to Charge Nurse.

**The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed** **:**

**Minimum qualifications** :

+ 1 yearvocational study

+ CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation and pediatric or competency validation

+ CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant
