The Meat Supervisor is responsible for ensuring a superior customer service experience by coaching and developing friendly, well-trained staff. The Supervisor will oversee the department and staff, acting as the go-to person in the absence of the Department Manager and Assistant. The role involves fostering customer loyalty, fulfilling customer needs, and actively contributing to an environment of employee and customer engagement.
