Head Certified Trainer

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and develop a team of fitness professionals, recruiting and training new trainers to thrive.
  • Partner with the Studio Manager to achieve studio success.
  • Handle member concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Inspire members through heart-rate-based workouts, blending fitness science with motivation.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of our equipment and training methods.
  • Manage scheduling, meetings, and staff development sessions.
This role is a blend of coaching (15+ hours per week) and administrative leadership (10+ hours per week). Flexibility is required to meet studio needs, with in-studio commitments of roughly 25 hours per week. This role includes class compensation ranging from $30-$80 per class, salary hours & competitive monthly bonuses.

What You Bring:

  • A Group Fitness and/or Personal Training Certification (required)
  • CPR/AED/First Aid Certification (required)
  • A passion for fitness, leadership skills, and a contagious enthusiasm that inspires others
