Qualifications

• Certified Guidewire ClaimCenter business analyst with hands-on experience.
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud and property & casualty claims.
• Ability to write detailed functional specifications and drive production rollout.
• Operational familiarity with AWS environments and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and prepare detailed functional specs for ClaimCenter.
• Oversee delivery with developer analysts, document specs, create tests, validate, deploy to production.
• Assess effort, risk, and dependencies for functional work.
• Collaborate with business, technical, and vendor teams.
• Communicate fluently in French; English proficiency required.
