Vancouver Dental at Victoria & 54th is a busy, well-established practice located in South Vancouver, providing excellent dental care to our community for over 40 years. We are a centrally located, patient focused practice, with a 4.8 star google rating (450+ reviews).

We are currently seeking a Certified Dental Assistant to join our team! Ideal candidates should have strong clinical skills, excellent chairside manner, be professional, and team oriented. Flexible schedule, competitive wages and benefits package, including uniform allowance, medical, paramedical, and dental coverage.


Schedule:

Wednesday 9:30-7:30

Thursday 7:30-5:50

Friday 7:30-4:30

Saturday 7:30-5:30

The wage range is from $28 to $35 per hour depending on experience. Hourly wage is determined based on the candidate's work experience and will be discussed during the interview process.


Responsibilities:

  • Clinical chairside assisting duties including knowledge of instrumentation

  • Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behaviour

  • Prepare treatment room in accordance with infection control and practice protocols for each patient

  • Thorough understanding of practice health and safety requirements


About You:

  • Registered and/or certified as a Dental Assistant with your Provincial regulatory body or association is required

  • Previous dental assisting experience is preferred
