Certified Dental Assistant - Relocation Assistance to Nanaimo, Vancouver Island!

Our fast-paced, rapidly growing dental office in Nanaimo, is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Certified Dental Assistants (CDA) to join our dynamic, multi-doctor practice . We offer a wide range of general dentistry services in a collegial and fun environment. Our management prioritizes staff well-being , ensuring lunch breaks are respected and that no one works past their scheduled hours. New graduates are welcome we provide comprehensive training and onboarding for the right candidate. Schedule

• Office hours : Mon-Sat (8 : 00AM 4 : 00PM)
• Shifts for full-time employees are typically Mon-Fri or Tue-Sat (8 : 00AM 5 : 00PM)
• Flexible scheduling with the option to adjust dates and hours depending on candidate's needs

Compensation

• Wage : $30 - $38 per hour
• Based on proficiency in all aspects of general dentistry (digital charting, intraoral scanning, implant workflows, endodontic therapy, restorative dentistry, supply and inventory management)
• Relocation Assistance for candidates applying from other areas
• Extended health and dental benefits
• Uniform Allowance : A one-time $200 (non-taxable) for uniform-related expenses after the 6-month probation period
