Job summary

Altima Hess Dental in Hamilton, ON is hiring a Certified Dental Assistant (full-time) to support dentists with treatment procedures and chairside assistance. You will prepare operatory setups, ensure instruments are ready, and deliver courteous patient care in a busy, team-driven practice.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Certified/Registered Dental Assisting Level II.
• Registered with Ontario Dental Assistant Association.
• New graduates welcome.
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dentist by providing treatment assistance and preparing the treatment room and dental instruments for patient arrival.
• Maintain sterile setup and handle dental equipment and instruments properly.
• Provide excellent patient care and communicate effectively with patients and families.
