123Dentist is seeking a passionate Certified Dental Assistant for a full-time/temporary role serving patients in North York and Scarborough, Ontario. The CDA will support the dentist, prepare treatment rooms and dental instruments, and help ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day.

New graduates are welcome, and licensure with the Ontario Dental Assistant Association is encouraged. The position offers state-of-the-art technologies and opportunities for career growth within a large network.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Certified/Registered Dental Assisting Level II is required.
• Registered or in process of registering with the Ontario Dental Assistant Association.
• New graduates welcome; licensure in other provinces also considered.

The ideal CDA for our practice values playing their part for the team, to equip the Dentist through providing outstanding treatment assistance and preparing the treatment room and dental equipment/instruments for patient arrival.

SCHEDULE

• 40 hours per week

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Completion of a Certified/Registered Dental Assisting Level II
• Registered or in process of registering with the Ontario Dental Assistant Association
• New graduates welcome
• We are also open to those licensed in other Canadian province(s)
• 1 year of experience is preferred
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Open Dental is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
