This is a hybrid role for a Certified Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) based in Sydney, NS, with some work from home acceptable. The CCA will be responsible for providing compassionate care to clients by assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. The CCA will monitor the client's health and report any changes to the healthcare team, help with mobility and exercise, and provide companionship and emotional support. The role also includes maintaining a clean and safe environment for the clients, and adhering to care plans and protocols.

• Certified Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) qualification or equivalent credentials
• Experience in providing personal care and support to clients
• Skills in monitoring health and reporting changes
• Ability to assist with daily living activities and provide companionship
• Skills in maintaining a clean and safe environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a healthcare setting is an asset
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
