Job description

Dialysis Patient Care Technician

Our Patient Care Technicians provide high-quality patient care to patients suffering from the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease, known as END Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). As a PCT, you will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording stats, initiating cannulation, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup. Our Patient Care Technicians possess a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life. Dialysis experience is required.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Desire to care for people and comfort working around blood and needles.
  • Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, NNCO, or other applicable state-approved certification for experienced PCTs.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification for experienced PCTs.
