Job summary

A leading airline in Mississauga is seeking a qualified individual to maintain electronic systems for aircraft. The candidate should have a College Degree in Avionics, five years of aircraft maintenance experience, and necessary certifications. Qualifications

  • Five years of experience in aircraft maintenance.
  • Ability to acquire security clearance and possession of a RAIC/DA.
  • Certification on an A310 and/or A320 and/or A330 and/or B737.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, repair and maintain electronic systems.
  • Conduct maintenance in accordance with Transport Canada regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with company maintenance control manuals.

Job Description

This incumbent will be accountable for maintaining the electronics systems.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the electronic systems to a standard of airworthiness;
  • Make sure maintenance and repairs are conducted in accordance with Transport Canada regulations;
  • Make sure maintenance and repairs are conducted in accordance with the applicable company maintenance control manuals.
Qualifications
  • College Degree in Avionics or equivalent;
  • Five (5) years of experience in aircraft maintenance;
  • Ability to acquire security clearance and possession of a RAIC/DA required;
  • Knowledge of AMOS;
  • You hold an AME;
  • Certification on an A310 and/or A320 and/or A330 and/or B737 (required);
  • Initiative, resourcefulness, team spirit;
  • Fuel and tank entry mandatory upon completion of confined space training;
  • Working at heights mandatory upon completing the appropriate training.
