Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to the product group and merchants regarding new products and integrations
  • Prepare customized POS test scripts for each solution and verify results from test executions
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for new certifications and assist external developers in resolving variances
  • Test and analyze POS systems to ensure compliance with payment requirements from major card associations
  • Generate status reports and provide technical advice to the Product Team and developers
Qualifications
  • College degree in Business, Administration, IT, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bilingual (French/English) is required
  • Excellent communication and writing skills for clear specifications and reports
  • Knowledge of credit card operations and regulations, including Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Tandem and Base-24 systems
  • Strong problem-solving and investigative skills
  • Ability to manage multiple complex activities under time constraints
  • Willingness to take ownership of work for continuous performance improvement
