Salary: to £250,000 + performance bonus + 3.5% Equity
CEO Role
A listed PLC Analytics software company. Reporting directly to the Chairman and founder.
The CEO will be responsible for leading all business operations across 3 global offices (UK & US). Head office UK.
The ideal candidate:
- 10 years + in a leadership level role, ideally within a major data analytics software company
- Experience of being part of leadership team driving high growth in terms of people (i.e 50%-100% per annum)
- An individual able to commit to regular travel
- Able to demonstrate consistent delivery to achieve long term strategic vision
