Houseful is a digital real estate and homebuying platform on a mission to make buying and owning a home more straightforward and more accessible for affordability calculators and home listings to equity insights and financial product integration Houseful is building the most complete homeownership experience in the country.

Were seeking a visionary and execution-drivenChief Executive Officer (CEO)to lead Houseful through its next stage of growth. The ideal candidate is a passionate leader with a deep understanding of the Canadian real estate ecosystem a track record of scaling early- to growth-stage technology or products companies and the ability to align business strategy with exceptional customer experience. This role requires an experienced working with product-led strategies focused on customer engagement and acquisition.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Own and evolve Housefuls strategic roadmap in partnership with RBCx and RBC Home Equity Finance (HEF) aligning business goals with product innovation and revenue growth.

Build and maintain a strong collaborative partnership withRBC HEFto ensure Houseful becomes a key channel for client acquisition and mortgage growth.

Lead a dynamic cross-functional team across productsales strategic finance and operations.

Drive customer acquisition engagement and monetization by developing and executing go-to-market strategies.

Represent Houseful to senior stakeholders at RBC partners and the public as needed.

Ensure operational excellence and performance tracking across all functions.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Proven experience as a strategic leader general manager or executive in anearly or growth-stage tech company.

Strong technical acumen comfortable with leading in a product or data-led environment.

Strong understanding of theCanadian real estate market customer dynamics and homebuying lifecycle.

Demonstrated success inbuilding and scaling cross-functional teams and able to engage credibly with product engineering and design (PED) teams.

Track record ofgrowing customer-centric platformsand driving engagement through product innovation and actionable data insights.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillscomfortable reporting to board-level and enterprise stakeholders.

Passion for transforming how Canadians engage with homeownership and financial services.

Must have

A bachelors degree in a Business Computer Science Finance or Economics.

12 years of experience in product operations or strategy preferably in a startup environment or company.

Proven track record of scaling product-led growth (PLG) through experimentation and data-informed decisioning.

Experience defining customer segmentation acquisition and retention models.

Nice-to-have

An advanced degree such as an MBA or an advanced degree.

Experience in fintech marketplace or PLG business models.

Background in financial services or regulatory environments is a plus.

Knowledge of predictive analytics churn forecasting and revenue modeling.
