Location: 21 Iceboat Terrace, Toronto, ON M5V 4A9

Salary: $61.54 per hour, 30 hours per week

Terms: Permanent, Full-time

Start date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities
  1. Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  2. Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
  3. Establish organizational objectives and approve policies and programs.
  4. Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions or delegate representatives.
  5. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend productivity and quality improvements.
  6. Manage projects and oversee company operations.
  7. Manage finances and budgets.
  8. General interior design and cost estimation.
  9. Identify and solicit potential clients.
  10. Provide customer service and organize inventory.
  11. Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and plan human resources.
  12. Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3-5 years.
  • Computer skills: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word.
  • Sales experience: Consulting services.
  • Work conditions: Work under pressure.
  • Personal qualities: Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal skills.
