A leading retailer specializing in sports and athleisure is seeking a CEO Assistant and Office Manager. This role involves managing the CEO's calendar, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in a fast-paced environment. This position is pivotal in supporting the CEO and contributing to the company's growth in Canada and beyond.

Additionally, Fox Group Canada is significantly expanding its business portfolio in Canada, and the role of the CEO Assistant and Office Manager is pivotal in leading the future of Retailors within the company.
We are looking for an experienced CEO Assistant and Office Manager, to join our team! This position will report directly to CEO, Retailors Canada.

We are looking for a highly intuitive individual who brings a strong proactive approach and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This individual must be able to anticipate the needs of the CEO, executives, and the company. The right candidate will need to have an understand of the bigger picture and growth for Retailors. They will closely with a dynamic, high-performing team members who are adaptable and resilient. This individual must maintain high level of confidentiality and ethics.
Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
·
3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role; retail industry experience is a plus.
·
Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills.
·
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
·
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
·
High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment.
·
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
·
Experience working directly with C-suite executives.
·
Familiarity with retail operations and terminology.
·
Experience with budgeting, vendor contracts, and expense reporting.
·
