Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO is responsible for providing visionary leadership and strategy execution in accordance with the direction set by the board, along with maintaining the daily operations of the SCF to ensure the overall health of the organization.
As an experienced leader, you will be the face of the organization and establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the Board, volunteers, staff, community agencies and partners, the business community, and community members.
You will foster awareness in the community so that SCF remains top of mind for current and future donors, thereby growing the scale and scope of impact.
Through your leadership as CEO, the SCF is seen as a collaborative and respected partner in creating a vibrant community.
Since its inception, the SCF has made hundreds of grants supporting a wide range of community needs, including education, health, arts and culture, people with disabilities, environment, family, children and youth, poverty, and other causes that matter to the people of Saskatoon.
You operate proactively and are highly intuitive in anticipating workflow processes. Your positive attitude has earned you a reputation as a stellar administrator and relationship builder.
You are adept at navigating multiple objectives and balancing high workloads with quality output, appreciating the joys and constraints of a small office environment.
