- Stakeholder Engagement : Cultivate relationships with stakeholders including investors, customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to enhance company reputation and sustainability.
- Innovation and R&D : Support continuous innovation in product development and manufacturing processes to maintain competitive advantage and meet consumer demands.
- Board Reporting : Conduct effective briefings in Board meetings, reporting key results and implement Board recommendations.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 10 years proven track record of international C level leadership in the food manufacturing or alternative protein industry.
- Successfully scaled organizations in the nutrition or supplement space from start-up to over $30m annual revenue.
- Managed organizations or functions with over 50 employees.
- Experience successfully launching a product.
- Firsthand international business experience in the United States and other international markets in the nutrition space.
- Experience successfully selling a company to a strategic partner.
- Experience successfully negotiating complex international customer and supplier contracts.
- Experience effectively reporting to a Board of Directors.
- Advanced degree in business administration.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of operational, financial, and strategic management.
- Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive environmental impact through innovative business practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
