Salary : $54,996.00 / year – 68,745.00 / year

What does this role look like at YMCA Calgary?
This position is full-time and will work 40 hours per week between the hours of 7am - 6pm, Monday through Friday. Flexibility of the successful applicant’s personal schedule is required to ensure area needs are met from both an operational, management and strategic perspective. Occasional evening and weekend work is required.
The Centre Manager – Early Years will be based out of the Shawnessy YMCA working within a traditional office setting. They will be required to travel regularly to other YMCA facilities where they supervise staff and are directly responsible for Early Years programs. There will also be occasional travel to other locations in the city for YMCA meetings, training, and community engagement work.
