Job summary

AMA Alberta Motor Association in Grande Prairie is seeking a Centre Coordinator in Member Services, the first point of contact for our members. You will balance front-line support with administrative coordination to ensure a welcoming, efficient, and meaningful experience.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma.
  • 2-3 years of retail, administrative, or customer service experience.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome members and create a friendly, positive first impression.
  • Assess needs and connect members with the right team members for support.
  • Provide information about AMA products, services, and membership benefits.
  • Manage traffic flow, appointments, and promote self-service options to reduce wait times.
  • Maintain a clean, organized space while supporting administrative and reception tasks.
