Responsibilities include reviewing service provider invoices for proper documentation and approval, ensuring timely entry of payables and expenses into financial systems, managing accounts and statement reconciliation, identifying and resolving payment issues, promoting compliance with policies, maintaining vendor relations, updating internal systems, and supporting month-end closing activities.

Qualifications include knowledge of billing processes and accounting systems, at least one year of relevant experience, strong analytical and financial skills, excellent organizational skills, self-motivation, and proficiency in English. Fluency in French is an asset. Experience with Microsoft Office and PowerBI is preferred.
