Bell Textron Canada Ltd (BTCL) seeks talented and passionate individuals to support Canadian military operations, focusing on excellence in service support and innovative vertical lift experiences. The CH146 fleet is Canada's largest helicopter fleet, used in multiple roles nationwide, and is undergoing a major modernization project to bring it into the 21st century. Summary of job description

The ILS Analyst will collaborate closely with the team and subject matter experts within BTCL and the CH146 WSM organization. Using applicable documents and standards, the activities include:

  • Coordinate and review ILS sub-contractor deliverables and reports for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Coordinate activities related to the introduction of new Ground Support Equipment and associated software, including the HUMS System.
  • Coordinate development of gap training between CH146 Legacy and MKII.
  • Support the annual system obsolescence review and working group.
  • Manage the flow of ILS data across BTCL, NDHQ, and subcontractors, recording decisions and plans in the centralized database.
  • Conduct technical investigations and propose corrective actions, ensuring follow-up.
Minimum required qualifications
  • Bachelor's or college degree in aerospace or related field, or equivalent technical experience.
  • Over four years of experience in ILS activities within a military in-service support contract, including reliability analysis, maintenance evaluation, and configuration management.
  • Strong ability to interpret technical documentation such as drawings, specifications, and standards.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior management and clients.
  • Functional knowledge of French and English is essential.

Other combinations of education and experience may be considered. Security clearance at NATO Secret level is required and must be maintained.
