Job summary

Hargrove, Inc. in Edmonton, Canada is hiring a Driver responsible for timely delivery to customer sites, reviewing orders for accuracy, loading/unloading goods, and operating Encore vehicles over GVW 26,001 lbs. The role requires a CDL/Class 1 license and heavy-duty DOT certification as required by law.

Reports to Manager, Warehouse. The Driver maintains routes, assists dispatch, supports warehouse tasks, and ensures safety and compliance on every trip.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid CDL/Class 1 license and meet state DOT requirements.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record and safe driving practices.
• Proficient with GPS and routing software.
• Ability to use smartphones for communications and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods to customer sites on defined routes and schedules.
• Review orders for accuracy before delivery and on pickup.
• Load and unload goods safely.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic maintenance awareness.
• Support dispatch with route planning and driver assignments as needed.
• Assist warehouse team with receiving, pulling, and transportation of equipment.
• Participate in inventory processes and equipment staging.
