Your role at Baxter

The Service Specialist (CDL Delivery Driver) is responsible for safely operating an 18 to 24-foot commercial vehicle while delivering dialysis products to a diverse home patient base and dialysis centers. Home visits include delivering dialysis solutions, stock rotation, and ensuring order accuracy, with occasional pickups and returns.

Schedule: 4-day work week with weekends off (5am-3pm / 6am-4pm), some overnight shifts.

Your team

This physically demanding role involves making deliveries in urban and rural locations, sometimes delivering over 45 cases per stop. You will work closely with patients, regional staff, customer service, and healthcare professionals.

What you'll bring

• Minimum 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Class A or B CDL with Air Brake endorsement; MVR must meet standards; knowledge of DOT rules
• Valid Medical Card
• At least 1 year of similar driving experience preferred
• Ability to maintain HOS logs with ELD
• Ability to perform multi-day routes, including overnight travel
• Safe operation of material handling equipment
• Effective communication skills; ability to work in diverse teams
• Adherence to safety rules for equipment and driving
• Color differentiation ability for product labels

Physical environment

• Work areas include distribution centers, vehicles, patient homes, and dialysis centers
• Lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly
