Position Overview

This is an open and continuous posting for both full-time and part-time CDL driver positions across multiple locations in the Cornbelt Region. It is ideal for newly licensed or experienced drivers seeking employment. A willingness to load, unload, and engage with customers is required. You will be home every night!

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks to designated sprayer or fertilizer orders safely and accurately
• Complete and maintain records as required by company and government regulations
• Pick up and deliver products to customers as needed
• Load or assist in loading trailers with materials
• Unload trailers of bulk chemicals and fertilizers at the facility, safely and efficiently using forklifts or hand trucks
• Understand the dangers and hazards of products and take proper precautions
• Perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently
• Maintain and clean equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma
• Driving experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with applicable endorsements
• CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred
• Must meet minimum DOT age requirements
• Ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs
• Pass pre-employment drug and background screening
• Meet DOT and company requirements
• Ability to work additional hours as needed

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated hourly wage ranges from $18 to $21, depending on location and experience. This position offers paid sick days but does not include other benefits, retirement, or paid time off due to its temporary nature. Overtime pay is available as required by law. Nutrien complies with all applicable regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
