This is an open and continuous posting for full-time and part-time positions across multiple locations in the Cornbelt Region of Nutrien Ag Solutions. It’s ideal for newly licensed or experienced drivers seeking work. A willingness to load, unload, and engage with customers is required. Home nightly!

What you'll do:

• Drive company trucks to designated sprayer or fertilizer orders safely and accurately
• Complete and maintain records as required by company and government regulations
• Pick up and deliver products to customers as needed
• Load or assist in loading trailers with materials
• Unload or assist in unloading trailers of bulk chemicals and fertilizers at the facility, safely and efficiently using forklifts or hand trucks
• Be aware of the dangers and hazards of products and take proper precautions
• Perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently
• Maintain equipment through proper cleaning and upkeep
• Other duties as assigned

What you'll bring:

• High School diploma
• Driving experience preferred
• Valid driver's license & applicable endorsements
• A CDL is required; hazmat endorsement preferred
• Must meet minimum DOT age requirement
• Able to lift/carry up to 75 lbs
• Must pass pre-employment drug and background screening
• Meet DOT and company requirements
• Able to work additional hours to meet business needs

Compensation & Benefits:

The estimated salary range of $18-$21/hour is based on data from Indeed, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn and may vary by location. Actual salary and benefits will depend on experience, skills, education, and other factors. This position offers paid sick days but does not include other benefits, retirement, or paid time off due to its temporary nature. Overtime pay applies as required by law.
