Electronic Specialty Gases (ESG) is a focused product line within Air Liquide Electronics (ALE), offering a diverse portfolio of highly purified specialty gases. As semiconductor companies expand manufacturing capacity globally, the ESG line is positioned for significant growth. The Morrisville, PA plant is expanding its chemical process engineering and technical teams to capitalize on these opportunities.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

This role involves a route between Morrisville, PA, and Butte, MT.

Responsibilities

1. Delivery and pickup of chemicals and compressed gases at customer and vendor sites.
2. Loading and unloading materials using appropriate equipment.
3. Following spill and emergency cleanup procedures.
4. Checking and correcting material labeling.
5. Interfacing with internal and external customers.
6. Supporting safety, efficiency, and waste reduction initiatives.
7. Completing required paperwork (trip sheets, logs, reports, BOL, etc.).
8. Performing pre- and post-trip inspections of the tractor and trailer.
9. Safely maneuvering the tractor-trailer at highway speeds and within city/suburban areas, following posted restrictions.
10. Adhering to DOT rules for hazardous materials transportation.
11. Backing trailers safely, using coning and area closure as needed, and applying chocks during loading/unloading.

Requirements

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsements
3. At least 1 year of experience with chemicals or compressed gases
4. Minimum age 25
5. Clean driving record for state of domicile
6. Self-motivated with initiative
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to work independently, stay organized, and multitask
9. Ability to operate trailer landing gear and perform coupling/uncoupling tasks
10. Physical ability to climb, strap cylinders, and transport cylinders over distances

The mileage rate for this position is $0.63 per mile, with delay time compensation of $23.00 - $26.00 per hour.
