Job Description
Located in Montreal within Kosmos' Canadian branch, you will work within an agile development team, collaborating closely with other developers and functional/industry experts. You will actively participate in the full lifecycle of our educational software offerings. Travel to Nantes, France, for training may be required.

Your responsibilities include:

• Defining project scope and specifications in collaboration with functional teams,
• Contributing to the team's agile processes, mainly around Behaviour Driven Development (BDD),
• Technical design and software development using technologies such as:
• Java/JEE environment: IntelliJ IDEA, Java 11-17, Spring, Tomcat, Docker, Maven, Git, Jenkins
• Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Data analysis: Apache Flink, Apache Pulsar, Kubernetes
• Ensuring application scalability and operability in production,
• Software maintenance.

Candidate Profile
You hold a higher education degree in computer science (Master's level) with at least 5 years of professional experience. You stay updated on new technologies and have proven skills in Web technologies or Big Data.
Fluency in French is required.
Curiosity, autonomy, and technical expertise are key assets. You are willing to engage in technical components, ensure functional coherence, and meet user needs.
You enjoy working collaboratively within an agile development team. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude are essential.
