Based in Montreal since 2015, we develop SKOLENGO, an Education Management Software (EMS) platform that is modular, scalable, and delivered as SaaS for schools, higher education institutions, and networks of establishments.
Based in Montreal, within the Canadian branch of Kosmos, you will work in an agile development team, collaborating closely with other developers, functional experts, and business stakeholders. You will actively participate in the entire lifecycle of our educational software solutions. Travel to Nantes, France, for training sessions may be required.
Your responsibilities will include:
Applicants should have a higher education background in computer science (Master's level) with at least 5 years of professional experience. A keen interest in new technologies and proven skills in Web or Big Data technologies are essential. Fluency in French is required.
Key qualities include curiosity, autonomy, and technical expertise. You should be willing to engage both on technical components and functional coherence, addressing user needs. Collaboration in an agile team environment and strong problem-solving skills are crucial. A mindset of continuous improvement, viewing errors as learning opportunities, is highly valued.
