Job summary

School District No. 91 (Nechako Lakes) is seeking applications for Casual Custodians to support schools and facilities in the Burns Lake area, including Decker Lake, Francois Lake, Granisle and Grassy Plains. This is a casual position with no guaranteed hours.

Successful candidates will perform custodial and maintenance tasks, ensure safety and sanitation standards, and maintain the appearance of school buildings and facilities in a respectful, efficient manner.

Qualifications

• Completion of Grade 12 (Dogwood Certificate).
• Building Service Worker Certificate or equivalent (minimum 40 hours of instruction).
• Minimum of 6 months of related custodial experience.
• WHMIS 2015 Certificate and familiarity with WorkSafeBC safety procedures.
