Wessuc Inc. in Ontario seeks a Camera Truck Operator Trainee to inspect underground sewer infrastructure using CCTV equipment, read maps, and complete daily reports. The role involves confined spaces work, set-up of traffic controls, and routine maintenance of camera gear.

Compensation starts at hourly wages with annual earnings projected at $60,000–$70,000 including shift premiums and overtime. Full-time, year-round with comprehensive benefits and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and technical capability to operate equipment.
• Valid G driver's license.
• Safety certifications such as Confined Space Entry and Working at Heights are a plus.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in confined spaces.
• Willingness to travel/out-of-town and night shifts.
• Strong teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Use remote controlled CCTV equipment to inspect underground sewer infrastructure.
• Code inspections and record defects in CT Spec; submit daily reports.
• Read and interpret infrastructure maps to locate and fulfill project requirements.
• Complete required daily paperwork for safety and operations.
• Set up traffic control plans and signage per Book 7.
• Service equipment and perform preventative maintenance on camera crawler.
