Job summary

Physiothérapie Universelle is seeking a patient-focused team member to support clinics across Quebec. You will travel within our network to cover staffing needs, greet patients, promote treatments, and manage administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Travel within our network of clinics to cover staffing needs (paid travel time and mileage reimbursement).
• Greet patients and visitors, at the front desk and over the phone.
• Promote the company and the quality of treatments offered.
• Implement the company’s operational procedures effectively.
• Inform clients about services and progress of treatments or records.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; manage staff schedules.
• Contribute to smooth clinic operations.
• Open and file patient records; general filing.
• Enter data into computer systems for patient records.
• Bill for and collect payments for visits.
• Ensure calls and messages are forwarded.

Work Schedule: 30 hours GUARANTEED; availability: 35–40 hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.—must have a car and a Class 5 driver’s license
