À Propos Du Poste
En tant que technicien CVC chez CBRE, vous utiliserez vos compétences avancées en entretien des bâtiments pour effectuer des travaux de maintenance préventive et de réparation corrective, allant des tâches simples aux plus complexes, sur les équipements CVC et de réfrigération commerciale, les systèmes d’automatisation des bâtiments, ainsi que les équipements de chauffage et de refroidissement. Vous répondrez aux appels de service d’entretien réactif et préventif qui vous sont assignés, tout en surveillant le fonctionnement et la performance des systèmes de l’immeuble. Vous interagirez directement avec la direction du magasin et utiliserez diverses compétences professionnelles liées au CVC et à la réfrigération, telles que l’électricité, la plomberie et la mécanique.
Responsabilités
About The Role
As a CBRE HVAC Technician you will utilize advanced building maintenance skills to perform simple to complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of HVAC and commercial refrigeration equipment, building automation systems and heating and cooling equipment. While supporting assigned reactive and preventive maintenance service calls, monitors building system operations and performance. Interacts directly with store management. Utilizes several trade skills associated HVAC and refrigeration skills such as electrical, plumbing, and mechanical.

FORMATION ET EXPÉRIENCE
Diplôme d'études secondaires/GED
Au moins 4 à 6 ans d’expérience en CVC (et en réfrigération de supermarché) ou une combinaison équivalente de formation et d’expérience professionnelle.
CERTIFICATS ET/OU PERMIS
Mécanicien en réfrigération et en climatisation — la personne doit posséder un certificat de compagnon en règle reconnu par la province ou le territoire concerné. Les personnes détenant un titre de compétence reconnu d’une autre province ou d’un territoire canadien (mentions du Sceau rouge).
Justificatif des licences CVAC/R.
Monteur d’installations au gaz — certificat de catégorie B de préférence, mais pas obligatoire.
Certification ODS HRAI souhaitée, mais non requise.
Permis de conduire valide et bon dossier de conduite avec contrôles périodiques.

EDUCATION And EXPERIENCE
HS Diploma/GED
4-6 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Prior HVAC and supermarket refrigeration experience preferred.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic - the individual must posses a journeyperson certificate in good standing recognized by the applicable province or Individuals holding a recognized trade credential from another Canadian province or territory (Red Seal Endorsements)
Proof of HVAC/ R Licenses is Required.
Gasfitter - Class B Certificate Preferred But Not Required.
ODS HRAI Certification preferred but not required.
Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record with periodic checks
Communication Skills
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or escalations from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
