Qualifications & Core Competencies:

  • High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
  • 1-5 years of experience in a clinical or related environment
  • Enrolment or graduation from a college diploma program in a related field is an asset
  • Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Self-starter capable of working independently and in a team
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel)
  • New graduates are welcome to apply

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming and warm environment for patients
  • Handle patient and customer inquiries and complaints effectively
  • Manage reception area
  • Maintain Accounts Receivable
  • Accurately process payments and reconcile monthly deposits
  • Ensure timely and accurate entry of all patient data into the Lifemark Patient System
  • Submit forms to insurance companies and stakeholders promptly
  • Manage expenses and petty cash
  • Promote GMB reviews and coach staff accordingly
  • Oversee accounting controls and reporting
  • Manage payroll accurately and meet deadlines
  • Handle clinic office management and administration
  • Adhere to all company protocols
