We are hiring for the following shifts:

• Week Nights: Monday – Thursday 9:15 pm – 7:15 am
• Weekend Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 7 am to 7 pm

You will be responsible for the following:

• Cutting, sanding and grinding castings
• In a team environment manufacture castings to support our production
• Work as a team with other Finishers and Cell Leaders to complete work tasks and meet delivery commitments
• Experience with 5S and Continuous Improvements is an asset
• Job training provided

You will possess the following:

• Relevant foundry/metallurgy experience will be a big asset.
• The ability to follow procedures and willingness to learn new skills
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Able to communicate in English (verbal & written)
• Strong sense of teamwork within groups and across the organization
• Must be flexible with working overtime
• Previous exposure to a manufacturing and foundry environment is an asset
