We are hiring for the following shifts:

• Week Nights: Monday – Thursday 9:15 pm – 7:15 am

Note: Since it is a trainable position, training will be provided during regular shifts (Monday to Thursday, 7 am to 5 pm) for the first 6 to 8 weeks of employment.

Responsibilities:

• All training provided
• Manufacture castings in a team environment to support production
• Cutting, sanding, and grinding castings
• With training, ability to cast
• Work with Finishers and Cell Leaders to meet delivery commitments
• Experience with 5S and Continuous Improvement is an asset

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow procedures and learn new skills
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal & written)
• Strong teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work overtime
• Previous exposure to lean environments is an asset
