The Government of Nova Scotia is seeking an Early Childhood Educator to support the pre-primary program in Enfield. - Uses the Nova Scotia Early Learning Curriculum Framework create a safe, nurturing environment for children in the Pre-primary Program
- Designs and implements age appropriate activities and program plans that promote learning through play, creativity, and exploration.
- Monitors and assesses each child's progress, identifying areas that may require additional support or intervention.
- Regularly communicates with families to share updates on their child's progress and discuss any concerns or developmental needs. Minimum Requirements - A diploma or degree in early childhood education from a recognized institution;
- Recent experience (within last 5 years) working with pre-school children in an early learning environment; and,
- Current certification in First Aid/CPR - C Additional Assets Closing Notes Successful applicants will be required to provide a Child Abuse Registry Check and a Criminal Records Check/Vulnerable Sector Check prior to commencing employment in accordance with CCRCE policies and procedures.
