  • Core French/Integrated French Teacher

    • Minimum Qualifications
      - Bachelor of Education Degree;
      - French Second Language Methodology
      - Minimum Advanced French Proficiency (as verified by the OPI instrument)
      - Teaching methods courses at corresponding levels (Grades 4 to 6 Core French requires Elementary methodologies, Grades 7 to 12 Core French requires Secondary methodologies)

    • Minimum Experience

    • Minimum Ability
      Predominately demonstrated through the interview process, the candidate will be assessed on their ability to effectively deal with situations that are likely to arise. External applicants must meet a minimum threshold of 70%.


  • Fine Arts Teacher

    • Minimum Qualifications
      - Bachelor of Education Degree;
      - Speciality endorsation in Fine Arts, and; applicable major or minor (i.e. Dance, Visual Arts, etc.);
      - Secondary endorsation or a minimum of three (3) years' teaching in a High School setting, or; deemed qualified by the Teacher Qualifications Chart

    • Minimum Experience

    • Minimum Ability
      Predominately demonstrated through the interview process, the candidate will be assessed on their ability to effectively deal with situations that are likely to arise. External applicants must meet a minimum threshold of 70%.
