Introduction

The CCRCE is accepting applications for the 2024-25 Casual Finance Clerk list. This is for day-to-day finance clerical work at central office within the applicable Family of Schools and geographical area identified above.

Minimum Requirements

Completion of a recognized Business Diploma [or a combination of equivalent education and/or experience].

Additional Assets
  1. Proficiency in spreadsheet, word processing, and database applications
  2. Experience with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel & Outlook
  3. Experience with SAP accounting system
  4. Experience with MS SharePoint (Accounts Payable Online)
  5. Ability to combine speed and accuracy while working under pressure to meet deadlines
  6. Ability to work independently while prioritizing own workload
  7. Ability to handle multi-tasks simultaneously
  8. Ability to set up and maintain electronic filing system
  9. Excellent oral and written communication skills
