Job summary

Homewood Health is seeking registered mental health professionals for an in-person, occasional contract role in the London, Ontario area. You will provide psychotherapy using CBT/DBT and other evidence-based approaches, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress with our care platform.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology, province‑level registration, 3–5 years of post‑graduate experience, and the ability to deliver services in English or French.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• Registration or clinical membership with relevant governing body to deliver psychotherapy in your province.
• 3–5 years of clinical counselling experience post Master’s degree.
• Experience with Trauma/PTSD counselling and First Responder populations is a strong asset.
• Proficiency to provide counselling in English or French; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy using CBT/DBT and solution‑focused approaches for depression, anxiety, trauma or substance use.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans with the Measurement‑Based Care platform.
• Adhere to professional standards and best practices.

Homewood Health™ is actively seeking registered mental health professionals interested in providing service in person on an occasional, contract basis for our Homewood Health™ Enhanced Mental Health Care Program in the London, ON area.

What You'll Be Doing

• Utilize solution-focused, CBT, and DBT approaches to provide treatment focused on depression, anxiety, trauma or substance use related concerns
• Develop treatment plans and monitor client progress throughout treatment with the use of our Measurement-Based Care platform
• Adhere to professional standards and best practices
• Engage in clinical consultation with the clinical management team as required

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field
• Registration or clinical membership with relevant governing body with ability to delivery Psychotherapy services in your province of practice
• 3 to 5 years clinical counselling experience post Master’s degree
• Experience in Trauma/PTSD counselling, including working with First Responder populations is a strong asset
• Specialized training and/or experience working with First Responder populations is a strong asset
• Professional liability insurance coverage of $2,000,000 or as otherwise determined by Homewood Health™
• Proficiency to provide counselling services in either English or French is required
• Ability to use Microsoft Office ( Word, Outlook)
