Cavanagh Store Associate

Location: 9094 Cavanagh Road (Ashton, Ontario)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (10:00AM to 6:00PM

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Cavanagh Store Associate to join our team. This is a hands-on role that supports our Cavanagh store operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and enjoys working both with customers and behind the scenes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to in-person visitors and phone/email inquiries, ensuring a professional and friendly customer experience.
• Manage and process orders through Shopify, including both online sales and in-person point-of-sale transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory in the store and yard; maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail space.
• Assist with physical labour tasks, including loading/unloading materials and supporting team members with product movement as required.
• Support day-to-day store operations including opening/closing procedures, daily reporting, and communication with other departments to coordinate order fulfillment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, with demonstrated customer service skills.
• Hands-on experience using Shopify for both online and in-person transactions would be considered an asset.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks including lifting, moving, and loading items.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to and from work.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time and tasks independently.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn internal systems and tools quickly.
