Job Description

The Catering Services Worker supports the event operations team in executing catering orders and managing events at the location. Responsibilities include setting up event spaces, transporting equipment, food, and supplies, serving guests, and cleaning up after events.

Job Responsibilities

1. Set up catering and event service according to client requests and banquet event orders.
2. Transport and deliver food, beverages, supplies, and equipment.
3. Arrange chairs, tables, buffet lines, and other event setups as specified.
4. Replenish food and beverages during events.
5. Maintain cleanliness and appearance of service areas during events.
6. Clean up and return equipment after events.
7. Provide excellent customer service to guests.
8. Follow safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

This role may involve physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, walking, and standing. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
