Job description
  • Assist Category Managers with category reviews and product assortment planning to maximize category growth.
  • Introduce new products and innovative merchandising by utilizing business intelligence tools.
  • Provide analysis on potential growth categories using market intelligence and internal data to meet business objectives driven by KPIs and annual goals.
  • Collaborate to create and execute pricing strategies to remain competitive, maximize margins and provide analysis on targeted categories.

Who you’ll work with :

The Team : Reporting into a Category Manager, you will collaborate closely with Private Brands, Shelf Management, Pricing and Promotion teams as well as the Zone Operations team. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, problem-solving and team building.

Who you are :

You are looking for a career in Category Management and :

  • You have 1-3 years of relevant experience. Retail experience is an asset (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
  • You have a degree in marketing or general business.
