Who we're looking for: Rogers Network Procurement is seeking a Category Lead eager to join the team. Reporting to the Director, Managed Services & Supplier Governance, the Category Lead will be responsible for driving data‑driven procurement decision‑making and supplier performance management across telecom network, customer operations, and corporate spend categories. The successful candidate will be responsible for category intelligence, lead supplier performance programs, establish KPI frameworks, generate actionable insights, and collaborate with sourcing, finance, network engineering, operations, and suppliers to achieve business objectives. This role combines procurement expertise, business intelligence, analytics, supplier governance, and performance management to optimize supplier value, reduce risk, improve service delivery, and support strategic sourcing initiatives. This individual must be an excellent communicator with proven ability to influence at various levels within the organization. This individual must excel in a culture of continuous improvement leveraging innovation and system‑based tools to increase efficiency and value.
