Description and Requirements

The Channel Marketing Manager will own and drive the quarterly Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) Campaign Process, aligning with International Sales Organization (ISO) and ISG Marketing to deliver effective marketing strategies and demand generation programs. This role will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales and margin targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Strategy and Planning:
    • Collaborate with Sales to define and execute a quarterly campaign strategy, including objectives, goals, and targets by partner, product, route, and segment.
    • Develop and implement incremental demand generation programs in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Content Development and Training:
    • Coordinate with Category Product Marketing to create and deliver key solution content messages, sales assets, presentations, and training materials.
    • Ensure effective utilization of content by sales teams.
  3. Communication and Planning:
    • Work with Marketing to define requirements and deliverables for the ISG ALL quarterly communication plan.
    • Consult on NA Channel Marketing Spend within the assigned segment and own weekly campaign communication.
  4. Product Updates and Promotions:
    • Collaborate with Brands to deliver key product updates and manage a calendar of timely promotions, messages, and programs to incentivize sales and increase DCG awareness.
    • Manage the marketing and pricing mix to effectively hit sales and margin targets using competitive analysis provided by the pricing team.
  5. Channel Development and Partner Management:
    • Serve as the Channel Development Manager, working with Key Partner Product Managers to proactively communicate business plans and coordinate promotional spend.
    • Analyze sales trends and the competitive landscape at partners to inform strategic decisions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working with sales teams and channel partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing management, with a strong focus on demand generation and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using competitive analysis to inform marketing and pricing strategies.
