Qualifications

• Must have current licensed practical nursing competencies.
• Recent experience in acute care as a Licensed Practical Nurse required.
• Registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse with BCCNM is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient care during all surgical phases.
• Perform scrub and circulating duties for surgeries.
• Alert RN to any changes in patient condition.
• Document activities related to patient care accurately.

Education

Graduation from a recognized Practical Nurse program

Graduation from an accredited O.R. program
