Connective is seeking a compassionate individual to join their Transitional Housing program. This role entails providing casework and support to residents to enhance their quality of life and ensure the safe operation of the facility. ROLE PURPOSE
This position will provide casework and support to residents of Connective’s programs to enhance their quality of life, ensure the safe operation of the facility, and maintain the goals of counseling and rehabilitative plans.
Our Transitional Housing program offers safe, secure housing and wraparound support to people at risk of or experiencing homelessness. It provides 24 / 7 support tailored to each resident's needs and goals.
STATUS AND CLASSIFICATION
Unionized. This position is open to applicants of all genders.
HOURS
Saturday to Wednesday : 0700 - 1500; 1500 - 2300; 2300 - 0700
Thursday to Sunday : Thursday & Friday 0700 - 1500; 1500 - 2300; 2300 - 0700 and Saturday & Sunday 0800 - 1600; 1600 - 0000; 0000 - 0800
Casual employees must be available for at least 21 shifts per month, including seven overnight shifts. Full-time or full-time students are asked for 15 shifts per month, including five overnight shifts, with proof of employment or enrollment.

COMPENSATION
Unionized environment; starting wage $25.95 / hr plus 10.6% in lieu of vacation and benefits for casual positions. Wages increase after every 2,000 hours up to $29.76 / hr.
