Job summary

Maple Leaf Foods is seeking reliable individuals to support poultry production on our line, ensuring health, safety and quality standards are met. You will monitor product specs, operate equipment, stack boxes, and handle daily tasks including overtime when needed.

Shifts run Monday–Friday with occasional overtime on Saturdays. The role offers hourly pay and access to plant-wide benefits and compensation opportunities based on shift and performance.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or food production (asset).
• Reliable transportation to work site.

Position Summary

We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our team to support the production of high-quality food products.

You will:

• Work on the production line in a variety of roles to produce high quality poultry products while following all health & safety and food quality and safety standards
• Monitor product quality and specifications and perform necessary checks
• Operate production equipment including managing parameters, monitoring performance, and reporting issues
• Stack boxes and fill machines
• Perform other tasks according to daily requirements and working overtime when necessary

Operations run Monday-Friday with occasional overtime required on Saturdays.
