Job summary

Voyago in Waterloo Region is seeking two Casual (On-Call) Shuttle Drivers to provide safe, reliable passenger transport on pre-assigned routes within the Waterloo Region.

You will perform basic vehicle checks at the start of each shift, cover day shifts Mon-Sat, and bring a clean driving record, a valid G license, and a Vulnerable Sector Check. This on-call role offers on-the-job training, growth opportunities, and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must obtain a clean criminal record search with Vulnerable Sector Screening.

Job description

Voyago is hiring two Casual (On-Call) Shuttle Drivers, to fill an existing role, in the Waterloo Region.

As a Shuttle Driver, you will provide safe and reliable shuttle services within the Waterloo Region.

Your Role

• Shuttle Drivers are responsible for safely transporting passengers along a pre-assigned route.
• Shuttle Drivers are responsible for performing basic vehicle inspection to ensure their vehicle is in good working order at the start of their shift.
• Some administrative work maybe required

Shift Availability:

You must be available to cover day shifts as required (Monday - Saturday)

Hourly Wage:

$19.25 per hour

Your Profile

• You are a safe driver with a clean driving record
• You can obtain a clean criminal record search with vulnerable sector screening
• You are a professional driver with a class license of G
• You have excellent customer service skills
• You have a sound knowledge of the Kitchener-Waterloo and Cambridge Region and surrounding areas
• You must be eligible to work consistently for at least the next 12 months.
